Doing It All Starts with Seeing It All

This episode explores how to manage a full life by creating what I call a “Life List.” Instead of relying on traditional to-do lists that often fail to capture the full reality of our lives, I share how I filter my responsibilities through three powerful questions: Where do I need to be? What do I need to do? And who do I need to be? This practice gives clarity, preserves energy, and allows for purposeful presence.

What You'll Hear:

  • To-do lists fall short when life is complex — try a Life List instead
  • Life Lists include everything: tasks, commitments, energy, and emotions
  • Use three guiding questions: Where? What? Who?
  • Your posture matters as much as your presence
  • Clarity comes from seeing everything, not doing everything

Favorite Line

You don’t have to do it all — but if you want to do the things that matter most, you’ve got to see them clearly first.

Reflection Question

What’s something on your plate right now that needs more of your presence than your productivity?

Final Thought

Life will always be full — but fullness doesn’t have to mean chaos. When we start seeing our lives clearly, we give ourselves permission to lead with intention, show up with heart, and move with purpose. Doing it all? That’s not the goal. Seeing it all is.

And, as always, I love you much!
