DrEG3 Media, LLC - High-Performance Management Bootcamp Service Agreement
This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of TODAY, by and between DrEG3 Media, LLC, a Texas corporation ("Company") and You the Customer ("Customer"). By purchasing and participating in the High-Performance Management Bootcamp ("Bootcamp"), Customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
- Bootcamp Details
The Bootcamp will be conducted online over a four-week period, starting on Wednesday, April 3, 2023. The Bootcamp will include live sessions, recorded content, and supplementary materials, which will be provided through the Company's online platform. The Company reserves the right to change, modify, or update the Bootcamp content and schedule as needed.
- Payment
Customer agrees to pay the fees specified during the checkout process. All fees are non-refundable except as provided in Section 3 (Money-Back Guarantee). Payment must be received in full before the start of the Bootcamp. Customer is responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with the purchase.
- Money-Back Guarantee
The Company offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for the Bootcamp. If Customer is not satisfied with the Bootcamp for any reason, they must notify the Company in writing within 7 days of the Bootcamp's start date (by April 10, 2023) to request a refund. The refund will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the written request, provided that Customer has complied with all other terms and conditions of this Agreement.
- Intellectual Property
All materials provided by the Company in connection with the Bootcamp, including but not limited to video recordings, presentations, and supplementary materials, are the exclusive property of the Company and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Customer is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Customer may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise exploit any of the materials without the prior written consent of the Company.
- Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information disclosed during the Bootcamp, including but not limited to trade secrets, know-how, and other confidential information. The obligation to maintain confidentiality shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the Bootcamp shall be limited to the amount paid by Customer for the Bootcamp. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
- Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written.
By purchasing the High-Performance Management Bootcamp, Customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
